Pettifers is a specialist supplier of selected products. Venetian style masks are a main stay, we also stock unusual chocolates, and gifts.
Payment – UK – with order, by cheque, postal order or Paypal.
Payment - Overseas – with order, strictly payment by Paypal only.
We do not supply goods to North America.
Despatching generally occurs the next working day after cleared payment has been received, except near busy periods such as Christmas when it might take longer. Note that this also applies to Special Delivery Items; if speedy despatch is required, our agreement must be obtained before an order is placed.
Postage UK - Items posted to UK addresses are normally sent by 1st Class Small Packet. 1st Class usually takes one or two days to arrive, but this is not guaranteed. If a faster service is required, or goods are needed by a certain date, Pettifers must be contacted before an item is purchased and paid for to discuss postal options. Pettifers reserves the right to send by another service, which may be slower, if the packing quantity is such that 1st Class is not an option. We also reserve the right to send items using a signed for service .
Postage Overseas - are normally sent by Air Mail Small Packet. Note that The Royal Mail considers Southern Ireland as Overseas.
Delivery Address - we despatch to the address supplied with the order, if delivery to any other address is required, we must be contacted through the messaging system, before the item is purchased and paid for.
If an item is to be returned, we must be informed by eMail or telephone within seven days of the item being received. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items and we must receive the item back within 14 days of receipt. This does not effect your rights as a consumer under UK law.
